People We’ve Lost in 2017

This year is almost over and we’re about to embrace 2018. We can say the past year hasn’t been really kind to everyone, in fact, it took away some of the most loved celebrities of all time, here are some of their names, pictures and stories.

Legend of rock Tom Petty died last October for a cardiac arrest; he was 66.

The silken Casanova perished too this year: Hugh Hefner, the former Playboy Magazines’ owner, died on September 9: he was 91.

Jake La Motta, better known as The Raging Bull, died at the age of 95 on September. He was played by Rob De Niro in  the Scorsese’s classic.

John Heard, the father from “Home Alone” left us last July, at the age of 71.

Chester Bennington, the former Linkin Park’s singer, committed suicide on July 20. He was only 41 years old.

Leukemia was able to take even our favorite Batman: Adam West died on June 9.

Roger Moore is another victim of 2017: he died on May 23 after a long battle with cancer. He was 89 years old.

Former comedian Charlie Murphy died April 12 after battling for a long time with Leukemia. He was famous for being co-director and co-writer of the Chapelle’s show.

The real father of Rock’n’Roll Chuck Berry died at 90 years of age last March.

Actor Bill Paxton, 61,  famous for acting in Titanic and Alien, died after surgery complications last February.
This year wasn’t the best, especially for celebrities, so we hope in a much more generous 2018.
