Stress (family)

Stress can come in a variety of shapes and forms. To begin, stress is a response to pressure or a threat. This can be from family, school, work, sports etc. This week, I will be focusing on stress from family. At times, stress can result from your family for various amounts of reasons. Their issues can impact you such as finances, chores or even from a bad day at work. These times can impact us as the kids and how we act around others. Parents also put a lot of stress on us to do well in school and sports which can cause pressure to be successful in whatever we are given. At the end of the day, if we come home to a stressful situation and take this feeling into our daily lives, stress will continue on and begin to also affect other aspects of our day. To manage this, we can talk to our parents and help create a healthy environment with managing everyone’s needs and wants.
