There are pros and cons to home workouts.But I know that you can find benefits of working out out at home when you’re on a time crunch.

When having a set home workout plan, it is important to continue the routine as much as possible. Having a home workout is less expensive, and it is more beneficial to your personal schedule. For a fat burning workout all you really need are you and some weights that can easily be stored at your house. Most of us are not trying to gain muscle by the masses so our home workouts are just what we need.

Pros:
Less expensive
Judge free zone
Your own schedule
Your own workout
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in

Cons:
Not always the best workout, due to limit of equipment
Weight lifting wouldn’t be apart of the daily routine
No gym benefits
Could get a trainer at the gym

Post workout smoothie with protein
2 scoops vanilla protein.
1 tbsp sugar-free instant vanilla pudding.
1/4 tsp cinnamon.
1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
1/2 tsp butter-flavor extract.
1 cup water (or low-fat milk)
1 handful ice.
