Hoops For Hernandez: Another Successful Fundraiser

Last Thursday’s faculty basketball game was a great success for the Sports and Entertainment Marketing class.

The fundraising goal for the Hoops for Hernandez game was $2,000, yet they were able to generate $3,100 for senior Alex Hernandez and his family.

From T-shirt sales to concessions the class went above and beyond in raising money to help Hernandez and his family with their medical bills.

Attached are some photos from the March 7 game where West Leyden faculty came out as the victor winning the game 62-49.
